INGREDIENTES

- 250 g de amendoim sem pele e torrado sem sal
- 1 xícara e meia (chá) de farinha láctea
- 5 colheres (sopa) açúcar
- 1 pitada de sal

MODO DE PREPARO

1- Numa assadeira coloque o amendoim sem pele e torrado sem sal e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus por 5 minutos (apenas para esquentar e liberar o óleo que o amendoim tem).

2- Transfira o amendoim ainda quente para um processador e bata até obter uma farinha. Desligue.

3- Ainda no processador acrescente a farinha láctea, 5 colheres (sopa) açúcar e 1 pitada de sal. Bata novamente por +/- 3 minutos para que o óleo do amendoim incorpore na mistura formando uma liga para moldar a paçoca. (DICA: coloque um pouco da mistura na palma da mão e aperte. Quando formar uma bolinha firme, esta pronta)

4- Numa superfície lisa coloque um molde (no formato de rolha ou quadrado) e encha-o com a paçoca, prensando bem com os dedos para que ela fique bem firme. Depois retire com cuidado do molde e arrume no prato de servir, ou você pode embalar a paçoca e vender.
