Ingredientes:

450 g de chocolate meio amargo
6 gotas de essencia de baunilha
250ml de creme de leite fresco
Quanto baste de canela da china em po
01 colher de sopa de cafe soluvel
misturado com 01 colher de sopa de agua.

Modo Preparo:

Pique o chocolate meio-amargo e coloque em uma tigela com a baunilha. Ferve o creme de leite e coloque no chocolate. Espere 2 a 3 minutos.

Mexe depois com um batedor de claras e finalize com a canela. Mexa bem, se for necessário coloque no microondas. Somente no caso de não dissolver todo o chocolate. Mexa novamente. Deixe em 24 horas em temperatura ambiente. No dia seguinte coloque em um saco de confeiteiro. Numa forma com papel manteiga forme gotas com essa trufas. Deixe descansar algumas horas. Em seguida enrole as trufas.
