Camarões na casca de ovo com chantilly ao pesto

Ingredientes

chantilly ao pesto

1 colher (sopa) de folhas de manjericão;
1 colher (sopa) de salsinha picada;
½ xícara de azeite;
1 dente de alho;
sal a gosto;
pimenta-do-reino a gosto;
1 xícara de creme de leite gelado.
Camarões

18 camarões médios limpos e semcasca;
sal a gosto;
pimenta-do-reino a gosto;
azeite o quanto baste;

montagem

18 metades de casca de ovo para servir.

Modo de fazer

chantilly ao pesto

Para fazer o pesto, bata o manjericão, a salsinha, o azeite e o alho no liquidificador. Tempere com sal e pimenta. Reserve.
Bata o creme de leite na batedeira até o ponto de chantilly. Junte o pesto delicadamente.

camarões

Tempere os camarões com sal e pimenta. Grelhe-os no azeite por 1 minuto de cada lado.

Montagem

Distribua o chantilly ao pesto nas metades de casca de ovo vazias. Coloque um camarão dentro de cada uma.
